Fees
One clear service fee, two milestones
Your service fee is one half of one month\u2019s rent, and the full amount is shown before you agree to anything. Landlord fees under your own lease are separate.
Milestone one
After replacement tenant approval
The first installment is held and credited toward your total fee. Refundable if the transfer does not complete.
Milestone two
After the transfer completes
The remaining balance is due only once your lease has actually been transferred to the new tenant.
Payment processing is modeled in this version and not live — no card or bank details are collected. Funds held toward installment one are simply credited or refunded; this is not an escrow service. Agreements, policies and screening criteria are drafts pending attorney and compliance review.
