Privacy Notice

Account details (name, email, phone), property and lease details including monthly rent, your uploaded lease document, listing content and photos, viewing requests, non-sensitive pre-qualification answers, and screening status metadata.

Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, bank or payroll credentials, and raw credit or background reports. Identity verification, consent, payment and report data for tenant screening stay with the external screening provider.

Only published listing content is publicly visible. Lease documents, quotes, agreements, payment records, pre-qualifications and screening metadata are private to you and to authorized administrators.

Records are archived rather than silently destroyed so that a transfer can be audited. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.
